The second summerfest of all time went down in 2004. Vague memories persist. The crowd was there, and so were the bugs. The Sucka D's rocked "Everything's Breakin Down". Scrotus wrote a rock opera two hours before performing it. Joe Cox had some cinematic masterpieces if I remember correctly. I don't recall exactly what else went down, but it did.
