The summerfest of 2005 proved to be quite a transitional year. The Nargents on the Reel, an obscure group of artists, came together and brought some new people with them, most notably new musicians, such as Scott Burton, and Uncle Otter. Craig Maltby's "Bump and Circumstance" premiered and utilized the Cinema, then the NOTR Theatre, for the first time. The Writer's Table also debuted this year. It was quite a spectacle compared to the previous year.
